Au-Gratin Hash Brown Potatoes - Holly Krause

1 - 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (thawed)

1/2 c melted butter

1 t salt

1/2 t pepper

1/2 c chopped onion

1 can cream of celery soup

2 c sour cream

2 c sharp cheddar cheese


topping

2 c crushed corn flakes

1/4 c melted butter



Mix first eight ingredients and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix topping and spread evenly over hash brown mixture.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
