4 hard boiled eggs, halved, yolks remove and added to ingredients below 2 T mayo ( not miracle whip) 1 ½ t Dijon Mustard 3 - 5 drops of hot sauce 2 T fresh chives Salt and pepper to taster Whip last 5 ingredients and yolks together and spoon back into the halved eggs. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
