3 T (heaping) canned pumpkin puree 1 cup milk 2 T vanilla syrup (if you like it sweeter add another T) 1 T pumpkin spice syrup ¼ t pumpkin pie spice 1 – 2 shots espresso whipped cream (optional) In a small saucepan stir pumpkin puree into milk. Add both syrups and pumpkin pie spice. Heat gently, continue stirring occasionally just until steaming and foam begins to appear. Pour pumpkin flavored milk into a tall mug and pour espresso over it. Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.
