California White Fudge - Polly Timperley

1 stick of butter

2 c sugar

3/4 c sour cream

Bring to an boil and boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in:

1 - 12 oz bag white chocolate chips (not almond bark)

1 - 7 oz jar marshmallow cream

3/4 c of your favorite nuts or dried fruits


Pour into a greased pan and let cool.
