Ingredients:
3 T milk
2/3 c flour
1 t baking powder(level)
1/4 t salt
Preparation:
Beat egg until light. Add milk.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to liquid. Stir together.
Drop Tablespoons of dumpling mixture to already hot soup. Cover for 20 minutes, do not peek, steam from soup cooks the dumplings.
