1 roll (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough (room temperature)
1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
1/2 t grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c blueberry pie filling (can use other fruit fillings)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press cookie dough evenly into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, and lemon rind with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture over the dough. Dollop pie filling on the cheese mixture and swirl with a knife. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool to room temp and them refrigerate until serving.
