Cowboy Caviar - Holly Krause

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans whole kernel sweet corn drained (Molly uses garbanzo beans instead)

1 medium onion diced

2 jalapeno peppers diced (more or less can be added if desired)

¼ c fresh cilantro

2 limes, juiced

1 ½ t kosher salt

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
