Cranberry Sauce - Kate Groskin

12oz fresh cranberries

3/4 c sugar or more if you like, to cut the tartness
3/4 c fresh orange juice
1 T grated orange peel
juice from 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, cook until cranberry skins pop, cool and serve.
